As for which app to use, do remember that most of these OCR apps send the data to be recognized to the cloud. Are you sure that is ok? Check with id-pro. The developer is very responsive to user needs. I think seeing ai also does offline document recognition. I am not sure if it is only for short text or for documents as well.
