Hi there, this issue has been reported,
It is very well known bug of iOS13 although I do not update my phone as soon as 
the update is released, because the bugs are expected,

The fact is we rely on accessibility services, it’s not always a good sign to 
update immediately,
Share your WhatsApp details perhaps I can give you some tips,
