Hi mam, As far as android goes: 1. You will get the calling option in the chat itself. For example, if we are chatting, on the top of the screen, besides my name to the right you will get the buttons of voice as well as video call. 2. Possible that you might not have given messenger to access your microphone which you can do in settings. Or you might have muted it which you will find by swiping on call screen itself.
