Hi, good afternoon. If you are using Facebook messenger on computer, At first, you need to open the respective chat. I mean, you have to open the chat whom do you want to call. Then, navigate by pressing tab key. There will be e an option called voice call or call. In cellphone, after opening the respective chart, Go Down by swiping right. There, you will find options as emojis, Video chat coma like and voice call. For your your second question, I like to suggest you that you update the Facebook messenger and then, try it out.
