Bookshare is grateful to Mr. S. K. Rumta for accepting our humble invitation for sharing his views during the session. Mr. S. K Rumta is the General Secretary of the National Federation for the Blind in India. He is a distinguished lawyer, with a deep understanding of the Indian constitution. He has been a champion advocate for the rights for persons with disabilities. He shall be sharing his experience as one of the leading visually impaired lawyers, and also speak about the importance of rights vs responsibilities for persons with disabilities.
