Dear Amiyo Sir,

I did some quick googling and it seems like while person A can only
add 5 people (persons B, C, D, E, and F) to their conference call, it
is possible for any of persons B-F to call 5 more and merge both
calls, and so on. I am not sure what the limit is, because this seems
like an unending chain. I am also not sure who bears the cost of the
conference call when one of persons B-F adds 5 more participants.
Regardless, you may try the following two approaches:
* If the teacher has two numbers on two devices, she can initiate the
conference call, add 4 students and her second number, and then extend
the call by adding 5 more participants through her second number.
* The teacher can assign one or more of her students - maybe the
relatively more affluent one(s) - to extend the conference call.
I am assuming here that Internet is unfortunately not an option.

Thanks.
