HI Shadab, The only way to change the system is bring such instances to media out there. So my suggestion would be to have a hidden camera next time when you go to the bank and record everything and tag the branch to the video and put it out there in public. Only then there will be some change. We as blind must stand up for ourselves, no one else will stand for us. May be blind citizen journalist can bring that change each time when they encounter such instances while dealing with discrimination and harassment. Also please try to get the names of the staff and write blog posts narrating your instance in case you cannot record the video. I am not sure how accessible their ATM's are for blind, if not possibly all blind in this group can do a video on accessible banks for blind in India Video, by building on their experience with each one of the banks out there. That we have sufficient data to push RBI go heavy on banks which are not accommodating persons with disabilities.
