Hi Sad to hear that.
It is the tendency of some people to be choosy for whatever reasons. I also have experienced a scenario where a key policy influencer at my place do not take any inputs from other VI just for the fear of sharing credits. It depends on the person's teachings and mindset and complexes many a times. I believe all this is independent of disability, can look rewarding inshort run but will have implications over time when others start inferring one's behaviour. It is upto the person to identify early and get rid of such habits (if any). The story of a future policy maker behaving in this way is discouraging. I hope he gets to know of such mistakes early, that will be of good for everyone. That can be a management error as well, we should always think for a better future. Thanks!
