In my opinion the minister for the proposed ministry should also come from
PwD community and be proficient in topics like - knowledge about a good
number of disabilities, reasonable accommodation, infrastructure
accessibility, ICT accessibility and many other related topics which I
might not recall / aware of while writing this.

A polished politician might not be the best candidate to understand needs
of PwD or might not understand the potential of them.
