Dear Austin, You need not change the bank for this reason. This is simply discrimination on the basis of disability. Write a complaint to the ccpd by email and things should settle in a while. No bank can deny any financial products or services to persons with disabilities (blindness). By moving away from the bank, you will take away the opportunity from the bank of learning a lesson of awareness.
