Hello Pranav, Thanks. Yes reparing/ reinstalling JAWS has not worked. Basis past experiences I have not got any redressal through [email protected]. And the customer service number has not helped either. Any other way to contact? Also, interestingly when JAWS does not start, even NVDA also does not get activated. Any computer issue?
