There are several decent options in Cannaught Place which has direct connected metro line to vishv vidhalaya. I am not sure about your budget, you may want to give a search on goibibo filtering out the results as per your requirements. If you are concerned about accessible and easily approachable hotel, you should try to search the options those are very near to metro station, here again cannaught place will have better number.
