Dear Sheikh,
Though I do not have experience in using washing machine independently
I can suggest some points that you may keep in mind
a) You should buy washing machine from a store (not online). This may
help you ensure that the machine is operated by buttons that can be
felt by touch and not by touch screen
b) If you can find any machine that is operated by dial or knob, that
could be very useful
c) Sticking stones are available in the market which can be procured
from stationery/cosmetic/gift shops. You can stick those stones on
some important buttons like start/stop with sighted assistance. After
that you may probably use the appliance independently. I have used
sticking stones on my piano's control buttons. These stones work as
tactile dots and help me identify the buttons easily.
