The talkback only announce “your capten is so and so minutes away.” But the sighted people can see the exact location of the driver. They can also knew weather the driver is running or just standing somewhere.

infect this issue persist with all major cab aggregators. However sometime in uber talkback announce the distance of assigned vehicle.

I suggest one more thing to be implemented in rapido. Suppose if some one book cab, the app should ask weather the passenger is visually impaired. This way the driver should know hat the passenger is visually impaired so that he can search is passanger instead of we search for our vehicle after arrival of our cab. because its difficult to search the cab in an unknown places.
