Dear Ram, You should disclose your disability in 'Declaration of Good Health'. If the disability is not degenerative in nature, i.e., the extent of disability is almost constant and all vital organs such as heart, kidney, liver, lungs, etc. are properly functioning insurers should not object in issuing health insurance policy to you. If despite all this you are denied health insurance policy you should write to grievance redressal officer of the concerned insurer.,
