Hello team. I would like to help a Visually Impaired girl who stays in my village. She had approached me demanding Android phone for her study. My budget is below 10000. Please recommend me which phone can buy for her. She couldn't avail any assistive technology enabled device from UP government. if i give her Angel player it will not be of much use for her.
