Hello team, I'm curious to know that after implementation of RPWD act 2016 and RPWD rules 2017, what is the employment situation for Person's with disabilities in private sector? I have to submit a report can't disclose more due to some privacy reason. Experts please enlighten me on the mentioned fact. I think there are enough free screen reader apps for visually impaired candidates and this is enough reason for not discriminating as VI can perform tasks with appropreate training and support.
