Hi,

To the best of my understanding, there's really no positive change in
the situation. Companies seem to be recruiting & stressing on the need
to recruit the disabled but for the blind there is absolutely 0
positive change.. Since now the companies have insentive of being able
to save their taxes, so they recruit the disabled but no blind.

The fully realise that in order to recruit the blind the companies
need to  provision relatively  more sources than the disabled. So they
rather aim at the low-hanging fruit.
