Delhivery.com is the worst courier service I ever have come across.
I never gave them anything to send but few of my parcels from Dhani,
flipkart etc were delayed by them for very long without reason and I
complained and their courier people rebuked by concerned companies.
and their customer service (No telephone, only E-mail and/or tracking
through their website is another havock altogether.
Interestingly, system-generated messages with OTP/Code come for 3 to 4 days
continuously and then if our luck is good, their courier boys/girls deliver
our things.
They just convey messages like the concerned person wasn't found at home
without coming to residence or calling him/her, hence returning the item
back to sender.
They returned my Dhani card that way.
It's good to see when I heard Flipkart almost stopped their services after
some likeminded complaints.
Even Dhani Nodal Officer's desk told me that they are seriously thinking of
taking Delhivery services away due to their such attitude.
And lastly, search on internet, you will find huge number of consumer
complaints on websites like consumercomplaints.in etc.
