Hello Aman, to be perfectly honest with you, most companies start with a website and then move on to an app, and a company could be just as shady in fact worse through an app, I.E collect personal data and other details, so for most companies you shouldn't really need to worry about doing such things. But if you are, always google the company name reviews. I don't courier stuff as often though, but when I have needed to I used dtdc, and it worked out just fine, can't speak for it's access on IOS but their website is quite accessible. hth,
