Hi Minar,

Congratulations and all the best for the feature.

I would recommend being natural. There is nothing particular that you would
need to do, just focus on your topic, speak to the point and making sure
that you're showing them the right content which won't be difficult with a
ppt in hand. Questions should mostly be on the topic itself. I don't see
anyone going off-topic in such a setting.

I have addressed a couple talks, not as large as yours, to approx 200
people, and many other ones to smaller groups, I never found anything
unusual that I needed to take extra care of.

Yes, there was one event once when some folks went off-topic, but it was
the wide scope of the original topic which confused them. I politely told
them that its not what we're discussing today, or there were some other
organizers who took care of their questions.

Just one thing, I try to make my talks as accessible as possible.
One step of that is sharing the content in advance, it helps many people
get oriented, specially VI audience, who can't follow your screen share
well.
I make sure to speak at a slower rate and clearly, so that the automated
caption catches me well, as well as share my video in case someone wants to
lip-read me.

You need not adhere to some or any of these, these are just some of my
steps which I believe work well for me.

Thanks,
Vaibhav
