Hi Minar, I don't know any such thing for MS Teams with a screen reader yet. It does things visually to indicate the current speaker but nothing as an audio feedback to my knowledge.
Even the sighted users find trouble understanding the difference, I have noticed that. I observed that this feature works best on Webex with a screen reader.
