Hi Sachin,
I think company can't decline home town transfer for employee with
disability due to medical reason. Try to reach out to your HR head or
someone from directorship position and convince them that You need a
reasonable accomodation mention your transport barrier. I think it
will be expensive if you higher a fix auto because some time even
auto/taxy vala try to take undu advantage of our disability so I won't
recommend this. try to go for sharing auto option if possible until
your problem gets resolve.
