Actually someone told me that after applying online for UDID I have to visit
to CMO office with disability certificate along with the enrolment number
and the Disability certificate will be submitted there and it will be
replaced by UDID card which I will receive later.
That’s why I was getting confused if I submit the certificate then I will
not have any other proof in case I do not receive UDID because of any reason
as I see in this group many people facing challenges in receiving UDID card.

As I can see similar concerns, then dont we have any platform where we can
raise a joint voice and ask for clarificaition.
My intention is not to fight or argue or disobey any rule, but it should be
worth following, so just need an explanation for it. And if the legacy

DRM office. From here it takes another three months to receive your
railway card which consists some number, using which we can then
book concessional tickets.
My concern is that how is it making sense to go through so many
steps and still have multiple cards. Disability certificate, UDID,
railway concession card, etc.
Along with that, this card will be valid for only 5 years, and then
redo whole thing again.
Does anybody has similar experience, or have better knowledge/
solution to this.
Not sure whether I am missing something, but really circling through
never ending processes.
