Union Bank of India has launched Union Access on 19th May, 2022 on the occasion of 11th Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD). Through this initiative bank has embarked on the journey of enhancing accessibility of its digital banking channels offerings for senior citizens and persons with disabilities customers. We look forward for feedback on usability and accessibility of our bank’s wide range of digital banking channels from employees with disabilities. Please note this survey is designed using Microsoft Forms which can be accessed through internet. It will remain active for 2 weeks upto 5th June 2022.
