I'm afraid there are few issues with the Union Bank website as well as its 
Android app called "NXT".
As far as the website goes, none of the main links can be activated by simply 
clicking of pressing the enter key and we need to press the right click to get 
the submenus of the main links.
Regarding the app, while accessing the debit or credit card sections, the 
Talkback doesn't identify whether the different channels are turned off or on, 
for example, ATM, POS and eCommerce etc.
However, the most fantastic part on the UB website is to solve the simplified 
questions instead of captchas, the most fascinating features of its Android app 
is to view the balance without logging in.

I am so very happy for long we were pitching every Bank should have an 
accessibility cell, Which should drive accessibility initiatives. The value of 
it is so very visible with each of the multi prong effort. More commendable is 
adopting the BIS standards of which Department of PWD is yet to notify.

It is always that, one is in an advantageous position to be ahead of the curve.


Congrats team and the management who have correctly understood, acted
