Hi Anirudh, Yes, but it is a tedious task and you will have to use magnification. It is much easier to make out enlarged letters.
If you want to try, first use the vOICe for windows and read some characters on your computer screen. There is a way to sonify the current window which should help. Get the font size to 72 and then you may be able to read.
