Trust each one of you is doing well.

As the subject line suggests I need some help.

My student has a savings account with Kotak in Pune. He has a digital
account. He faces the following issue:

He is unable to complete the digital KYC as he is totally Impaired and
unable to sign. He is forced to sign. The bank is not accepting and
completing the KYC process based on the thumb print. Have any of you also
faced a similar issue?
