Tata Steel at Jamshedpur would be a good place to start. They do sponsor mountaineering in a fairly big way. You might like to contact Atul Sahay who I believe used to be part of AI. He no longer works for Tata Steel but he would know as to whom to contact and how to go about the support effort.
