Hi! MS Excel is a very good tool to varify if your calculations are right. However you need to be cognizant of the fact that you can not perform your calculations over Excel in your exams, specially in clas 12 voard.
My suggestion would be you should focus more on concepts and check if you are applying them correctly because calculations would be done by scribe in exams.
