This looks like an auto-response, or general copy paste stuff. Have you tried other apps for paying bills, like Amazon? I did not understand, but do you mean to say that the Airtel thanks app is the only medium to pay Black plan bills? In that case you should write to the nodal officer rather than the developer as it is the general customer response team and might not understand or even prioritize things, or to both.
