Hi Aziz,
Don’t feel bad about your role in public sector especially in bank.
Because now a days, it is very difficult to get jobs in public
sectors. By god grace, you got that chance. So, don’t drop it please,
please.
Next step, just discuss with your higher authority once about
different job roles doing by visually impaired persons. Because,
previously I know your work strength and yours also. I know maybe,
your recent manager don’t have awareness about job role done by
totally blind. Try to give information about organizations like EnAble
India specially giving trainings to the bankers. Finally, I am
requesting to you don’t take wrong actions.
