Hi, so now in continuation to the malpractice debated in earlier thread, this is the main condition. The examination is not universally designed for visually impaired aspirants. Also the quality of visually impaired candidates are deficient due to poor quality of education imparted in blind schools where students are not prepared since their elementary age for future competitions with the sighted world. As all these changes would be time consuming awaiting for positive outcome in coming future. For now we need to force the government to install screen-readers in examination center's computers. Those who feel themselves confident could opt for independence in availing a scribe, where others can stay at mercies of the society and examination conducting bodies.
