There is no issues in making tea for a totally blind persons. I and my life partner, both are totally blind but tea has never been an issue. We make tea at least thrice a day, in a normal tea pan and on a common gas stove. However, those who feel uncomfortable with it, can purchase tea bags and coffee pouches which come with sugar and milk added. Just heat a cup of water and open the pouch and mix the powder in the cup. The tea or coffee is ready. Enjoy it.
