If you wish to have more than one boils, keep standing right there and take a
spoon. You can feel the water-vapour coming closer to the edge. As you feel the
vapours coming closer to the edge of the pan, use the spoon and shake gingerly.
Water level will adjusted and it will not come out of the pan. Repeat the same
process thrice or more.
But health wise, more than one boils make tea more acidic. Hence it is
injurious to health.
The correct method which the Europeans and Americans use is just to boil plain
water and put it in the cattle where tealeaves are already put.
Sugar and milk are added to the taste at a later stage.

When we put all the required things to make tea like water, sugar, milk, tea
and tea masala for the taste, then we have to make them heat and leave for
boiling. It’s right till here. But my parents tell me, after that we have to
wait to come 8/10 voiles. How do you maintain this, or how do you know that
your tea has been ready after 8/10 boils. That’s the thing for me, which need
to be sort out. Thanks.
