No such thing around here. Even if you could get a guide dog from a country that does have them, the poor thing is likely to be so confused and terrified by the lack of space and the crowd, and the cars and the state of and or lack of walkways, I could go on and on and on... That it probably wouldn't do much but wine pittyfully and just give up.
