As you all know, Mission Accessibility constructively engages with the developers of platforms that are inaccessible to disabled users and empowers such users to voice their concerns in a productive and practically useful fashion. To further our objective of making these spaces accessible, we had a discussion with the Delhi PwD Commissioner and he was very receptive to the concerns raised. Hence, we take this opportunity to route the digital accessibility concerns of people in Delhi through Mission Accessibility to redress them as soon as possible. We would be grateful to have your contribution to this by sharing your concerns related to digital accessibility. For example, if people are facing difficulty in accessing ATMs, bank services or anything else related to digital accessibility, they can get in touch with MA and MA will help them to draft appropriate representations to the PwD Commissioner. All accessibility concerns that are ICT-related can be relayed to us. Even if the concerns are otherwise related to any disability rights issue in Delhi, they can be shared with us so that Mission Accessibility can pass the same to those who can take the issue up with the State Commissioner. Given that the Commissioner is receptive and proactive, let us make the most of this opportunity and make sure that our rights are fully realised.
