Hi Meet, The fact is that private institutes and universities do not want to recruit visually impaired teachers, so its better that you don't waste your time and energy over there and instead focus upon government institutes. Forget about recruitment, majority of private institutes don't want to even admit blind students for any course. I once tried taking admission in a leading private university of Jaipur, but was flatly refused admission by the VC on the grounds that they do not have adequate infrastructure to cater to the needs of a blind student.
