Hello dear mam I am Akarsh, I will tell you how can you sortout this:
1. First check the jaws softare is up to date or not and to check it
you have to press Insert J for Jaws menu then press up or down arrow
and go to Help submenu and press right arrow to expand it then again
use up or down arrow to go to Check for Updates and press enter and
now if there will be any update then it will tell you either you will
be up to date.
2. Open Jaws menu with Insert J and use up or down arrow and go to
Options Submenu then press right arrow to expand it and use up and
down arrow to go to the option Reset to default and press enter and
restart your jaws and now your problem will be sortout.
3. If your problem was not sortout then the last thing is that you
have to uninstall the software Jaws and reinstall it .
