Yes, plastic types can be found from worth trust, katpadi.
But if you are looking for long metal types, they are from NIEPVD Dehradun
or Advance engineering works Dehradun. Thanks.

Hello,
Vi students use types or small metal blocks
on taylor frames for arithetic. I don't know how these metal blocks are
known in other parts of India. We call them types in West
Bengal.
Anyway, a case is now under trial in
Kolkata hc alleging that these types contain lead. A teacher friend has
asked me if plastic types or lead-free types are available in India. I
have seen plastic types before. It was from Worth Trust or from
Ahmedabad. I don't remember the exact supplier.
Can anybody provide the
information?
