Dear all, A friend of mine in Telangana was denied to open an account in HDFC Bank as she uses thumb print as her signature. The employee forced her to open a joint account with someone who can sign. Requesting you to please share any guidelines or circulars which can be showed to them in order to open a new bank account with thumbprint as signature. Thank you. Regards. Cauvery.
