Once you upload your documejts, they are processed by the hospital you select. Arjun should contact the hospital and try to learn the reason for rejection. Only then he can apply for rectification.
Those who applied through the central portal are not allowed to apply through the state protal. However, their applications show that they are referred from such and such hospital. The candidates should approach the concerned hospitals. R.G. Kar Hospital told one such applicant that since he has already been certified by that hospital, he will not be called for verification again. He will be issued a certificate in turn. They have too many aplications to process.
