In Saksham Delhi, there are English and Hindi alfabet trainers devices are available, ware, sited and brl both letters available on devices. in those particular devices, A Brl letter is written, and, along with the brl letters, they have creatted touchable sited letters for each brl letter, which may be experienced through the tactiles/touch. In terms of signature guide, I have received it from NAB Mumbai, but, don't know it will serve your particular purpose or not.
