Hi Everyone,
Vaibhav this side; my apologies for the above message, I sent it by mistake
and was unable to undo it.
Now coming to the topic, what I wanted to ask is about the experience of
someone who has tried the Kotak Mahendra Bank and knows how their service
is. I would like to know if it would be a good decision to open a zero
ballance account over there. I am mainly doing this because after some
research, I have found that their interest rates are quite good compared to
other banks especially government; it is 3.5% for the savings bank account.
I am planning to open it in an offline manner rather than the online one as
I do have a branch close to my residence. Also, do they accept the E-Pan
Card for opening bank account rather than the normal one?
Oh yeah one last thing, when you go to open an account, do you ask to talk
with the branch manager or do you talk with those people sitting there; I
forgot the what they are called. I believe it's the 'May I Help You Desk'.
