Dear ma'am ,
I just want to share my experience working for two different companies in
the same domain.
Let me briefly describe my experience and education.
I completed my undergraduate studies at Kirorimal College and my
postgraduate studies at IIM Indore.
I am currently working as a Strategy Manager at ASBS and Co., a 13-year-old
CA firm that also provides banking shared services to NBFCs, banks, and
insurance companies.
Previously, I completed an internship at Bain Capability Center, a
subsidiary of Bain & Co.
In my experience, when companies hire you, they ensure you will be kept
busy and have a meaningful workload.
In my current role, I also make frequent client visits across various
locations within Mumbai.
The company is incredibly supportive, and I am not the only VI professional
here. I have a batchmate who was also placed with me.

Just want to clarify I got this placement from college Placement drive
Not sure about the lateral hiring process of companies

regards
Ishan Jain
