I wish to know whether is there any provision for a name change if I’m staying with my mom, The reason why I am asking, this is that, my mom is separated, and I stay with my mother, and wish to carry her surname, so are there any provisions for the same, and if yes, would require guidance/assistance of very, very qualified lawyer, if any, in this group to Assist with the same.
