Dear axis India members, as discussed over the meeting list for provision for name, change, requesting anyone of you to provide relevant information/contact details of any agent/no offices in Mumbai would be able to assist in this entire process, as it is not only about changing the name in the gat, but also Followed by name, change/surname, change the other documents like Aadhaar card, PAN card, voter ID, bank documents, passport, et cetera.
