dear Saurab, it is neither an initial hiccup nor a problem to mingle with the sighted peers. It is a problem with your instructor. Speaking to your instructor about the challenges that you face while you are in the class and asking him to be inclusive about his teaching methodology may help you better. when you speak to him/her about the inclusivity, make sure to devise some workable solutions to suit your needs. remember, openness is the key.
