Fee for PWD Candidates While registering, I carefully selected all the applicable categories, but the payable fee shown was unexpectedly high. I have heard that IGNOU offers nominal fees for Persons with Disabilities (PWD). Could you kindly clarify if this is the case and why the fee might appear higher in our instance? Examination Process for Online Mode - If someone applies for an online program, how does IGNOU conduct the exams? - Are the exams conducted via an LMS/portal, or are question papers provided in formats like .pdf or .docx? - If an LMS/portal is used, is it accessible with screen readers? Are candidates required to go to an exam center, or can they take exams from home? I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide clarity on these matters.
