thanks mam, well on contacting ignou the experiences are same with me i have tried multiple contacts such as calling them or writing multiple emails but till now no responses from them, but these information shared by you will helped alot now we have a path not very much clear but at list having path towards it. thanks mam again for sharing these valuable information.
